Requirements
- Experience in partnership management, business development, or related field
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and joint promotions
- Proficiency in preparing presentations, business proposals, and reports

Role Overview
- As a Strategic Partnerships Specialist, you will build and manage relationships with tourism authorities, airports, government entities, and corporate partners to support new route development, increase passenger traffic, and strengthen flyadeal's market presence.
- You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Network Planning teams to develop partnership opportunities and deliver mutually beneficial initiatives.
