- Provide legal advice and recommendations to business stakeholders and support the Legal Manager in advising senior management
- Support the integration of legal considerations into business planning and decision making processes
- Conduct legal assessments of disputes and litigation matters and provide recommendations regarding settlement options or litigation strategy
- Support legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal counsel under the direction of the Legal Manager
- Draft and review a wide range of contracts and legal documents
- Participate in conducting internal and external investigations related to flyadeal cases
- Support dispute resolution activities, including mediation, negotiation, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
- Provide legal guidance on the interpretation and application of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze complex legal queries and issues and provide recommendations to enable appropriate actions
- Provide advice to ensure the organization complies with Saudi Labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate and align with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government
- Maintain and administer legal documentation, case files, contracts, corporate records, and other legal materials

- Experience in legal advisory, contract drafting, and dispute resolution
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage legal cases and coordinate with external counsel
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Role Overview

- Conduct legal assessments of disputes and litigation matters and provide recommendations regarding settlement options or litigation strategy for management consideration.
- Support legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal counsel under the direction of the Legal Manager.
