The Enterprise Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise-level projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with business goals. The incumbent will support planning, execution, and reporting activities while guiding project teams through standardized frameworks and tools.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the entire project lifecycle—from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans and define key milestones.
- Facilitate smooth and timely execution of tasks across various functions.
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks and issues promptly; support resolution efforts.
- Provide regular updates on project and program status.
- Guide project team members on the Project Management Framework and usage of the Enterprise Project Management Tool.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analytics, including industry and competitor-level analysis, and assess relevance to the company.
- Support the company’s and business unit’s planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze variances (quantum and root cause) and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare company-wide and business unit updates; develop presentations for diverse stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines).
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) & MBA are preferred.
Experience
2 years of proven experience in enterprise-level program or project management.
Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
