- Architect end to end AI solutions aligned to enterprise technology strategy
- Establish governance frameworks grounded in responsible AI (fairness, explainability, compliance)
- Lead the evolution of enterprise platforms to support advanced AI and data driven operations
- Implement modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud services
- Guide development and deployment of AI enabled applications
- Identify and prioritise high value AI use cases and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in IT across architecture and AI solutions
- Deep expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and AI services
- Solid experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and modern architectures (including RAG and agentic design)
- Degree qualified
- Ability to articulate AI strategy, risk, and ROI to technology and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPL), and responsible AI principles

About the Role
- This is a pivotal role where you’ll help enable enterprise wide AI adoption, define best in class architectures and governance, and embed AI into core business processes while fostering a culture of innovation through an internal AI Centre of Excellence.
- You'll take ownership to architect the end to end AI solutions aligned to enterprise technology strategy and establish governance frameworks grounded in responsible AI (fairness, explainability, compliance).
- Importantly, you'll lead the evolution of enterprise platforms to support advanced AI and data driven operations and implement modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud services.
- Additionally, you'll deliver impactful solutions by guiding development and deployment of AI enabled applications and establish best practices across the AI lifecycle.
- Central to your success in your role, you will identify and prioritise high value AI use cases and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions by supporting adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management.
About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8 years experience in IT across architecture and AI solutions.
- You are expected to demonstrate deep expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and AI services and solid experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and modern architectures (including RAG and agentic design).
