Job Description

Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise maintenance team members.
- Ensure facility safety and compliance: Support maintenance of physical building, mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and life safety systems.
- Supervise maintenance operations: Assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks, ensuring documentation in property management system.
- Oversee contractor work: Supervise external contractors and inspect completed work.
- Respond to service requests: Ensure maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations are addressed promptly.
- Maintain fixtures and fittings: Conduct scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, including PPM and service requests.
