Support end-to-end engineering services and technical solutions for aircraft configuration and cabin offer data.
The role focuses on analyzing technical inputs, maintaining data consistency, supporting monthly updates, and delivering high-quality offer data.
Data analysis and management
- Analyze technical notes and translate them into actionable configuration data.
- Digitalize and maintain offer data in configuration tools.
- Track update requests using Jira and keep configuration tools current.
- Maintain data consistency across configurators.
Configuration and catalogue support
- Analyze cabin configuration guide catalogues and delta lists.
- Support new template creation when required.
- Maintain configuration management tools and POM follow-up files.
Quality and delivery
- Prepare use cases to validate data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure quality, process compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor OTD and OQD KPIs and maintain process checklists.
User and stakeholder support
- Provide user guides and functional support to customer and internal teams.
- Support users during transitions to new configurators and tools.
- Collaborate with software development teams to validate outputs and resolve issues.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with Airbus Configuration Tools, catalogues or brochures, and data analysis.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong technical understanding of cabin offers and configuration data.
- Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical skills
- Airbus Configuration Tools are required.
- Tool knowledge includes MCM, Offer IT, SAP PAC, PDA, PEA, Trackdev, Jira, Custom IT, Google Suite, Offer Cockpit, and Skywise.
- Aircraft interior design is listed as a good-to-have skill.
Workplace
- The position is based at the Bengaluru office.
