Role Overview
Lead product direction, technical delivery, and ongoing evolution of the trading platform ecosystem.
Serve as a senior leader at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Trading.
Own the product roadmap across trading platforms, pricing and execution, order management, middleware, APIs, FIX, and market infrastructure.
Product and Platform Leadership
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading platforms and the technology ecosystem.
- Translate business, trading, and client requirements into product capabilities, technical requirements, and delivery priorities.
- Own the product lifecycle from concept through engineering delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Use platform, client, and operational data to establish KPIs and guide prioritisation.
Engineering and Technical Delivery
- Provide product leadership across Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams.
- Lead initiatives across pricing engines, execution workflows, order management, trading middleware, FIX connectivity, APIs, and market infrastructure.
- Define requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities for engineering teams.
