- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship by maintaining, repairing, and refinishing painted, varnished, and wallpapered surfaces
- Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects with high detail
- Respond promptly to work orders and room inspection requests
- Install and repair wall coverings, and refinish woodwork
- Maintain an organized paint shop, ensuring tools and materials are clean and stocked
- Uphold safety standards and use personal protective equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in painting or related maintenance work (1–4 years preferred)
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and finishing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to respond to requests with urgency and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and teamwork

What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional craftsmanship by maintaining, repairing, and refinishing painted, varnished, and wallpapered surfaces.
- Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting projects with high detail.
- Respond promptly to work orders and room inspection requests.

- Support resort operations by collaborating with team members.
- Take pride in preventative maintenance.
