About the Role
MACH CONSULTANTS seeks an Engineer for Smart Water Meter Installations in Doha. The engineer will supervise installation, conduct testing and commissioning, coordinate with contractors, and support NRW reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage installation of smart water meters across various sites
- Ensure all installation activities comply with approved standards, specifications, and procedures
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and verification of installed water meters
- Identify and resolve installation and technical issues, escalating complex cases when required
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and internal teams for smooth execution of works
- Monitor installation quality, workmanship, and compliance during field activities
- Maintain accurate installation records, site reports, and documentation
- Support Non Revenue Water (NRW) reduction initiatives through proper installation practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and operational policies
- Maintain audit ready documentation for quality assurance and reporting purposes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 9 years of experience in water meter installation or utility field operations
- Strong knowledge of smart water metering systems and water distribution networks
- Understanding of NRW management practices is highly desirable
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)

What We’re Looking For
