Role Purpose
Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle and act as a primary quality representative for software products.
Ensure released features meet high standards of functional precision, performance, and user experience.
Interface directly with clients to understand feedback and demonstrate product updates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Software Testing Life Cycle from requirement analysis and test planning through release sign-off and post-launch monitoring.
- Build and maintain automated UI and API test suites for integration and regression testing.
- Plan and execute load, stress, and performance tests.
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing for edge cases, usability flaws, and visual inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and designers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Manage defects through documentation, prioritization, tracking, and resolution using JIRA or similar tools.
