About the Role
ADNOC is seeking a Pipeline Integrity Engineer to coordinate and update pipeline integrity procedures, manage the Pipeline Integrity Management Plan (PIMP) through PIMS, and ensure compliance with KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the PIMS database and applications
- Coordinate between Pipeline Integrity unit and Maintenance/Inspection/Operations for data gathering and quality checks
- Coordinate the issuance and regular review/update of the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all pipelines
- Ensure regular updates of procedures for implementing the PIMS solution
- Coordinate risk assessments and threat analysis reviews for assigned pipeline segments
- Coordinate integrity team efforts in operating/maintaining/improving PIMS Software performance and data quality
- Identify integrity related issues and coordinate their resolution internally or externally
- Establish consistent, high pipeline integrity reporting formats
- Coordinate scope of work preparation for subject matter expertise and follow up on recommendations implementation
- Coordinate the pipeline long term replacement plan with Departments
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents
- Coordinate the issuance of quarterly Integrity reports for Management & Shareholders
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgy Engineering
- 6 years of experience in pipeline design, operations, and maintenance within a large industrial organization, preferably in Oil and Gas
- Technical knowledge about pipeline risk management and analysis
- Good understanding of pipeline defect evaluations and repair
- Familiar with Fitness for service assessments & recommendations
- Technical ability in understanding codes, standards and inspection methods
- Knowledge of HSE procedures & practices
- Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co ordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording skills

Job Purpose
- Coordinate and update Pipelines integrity related procedures, coordinate the issue/update and monitoring of the Pipeline Integrity Management plan through Pipelines Integrity Management System (PIMS) including its monitoring in compliance with KPI's. Assist in the implementation of company's Asset I
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the PIMS database and applications.
- Coordinate between Pipeline Integrity unit and Maintenance/Inspection/Operations for data gathering and data quality checks before updating to the pipeline database.
- Coordinate the issuance and regular review/update of the written Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all pipelines through the Pipelines Integrity Management System software solution.
- Ensure regular updates of the required procedures for implementing the PIMS solution.
- Coordinate risk assessments and threat analysis reviews for assigned pipeline segments to update the PIMS technical reference manuals.
- Coordinate the integrity team efforts in operating/maintaining/improving the PIMS Software performance and data quality.
- Identify integrity related issues and coordinate their resolution internally or externally.
- Establish consistent, high pipeline integrity reporting formats and interface with other disciplines.
- Coordinate the scope of work preparation for subject matter expertise and coordinate the commissioning of reports.
- Coordinate the pipeline long term replacement plan with Departments.

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgy Engineering
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 6 years of experience in pipeline design, operations, and maintenance, within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
