The position requires a hands-on workbench profile and practical support for prototype development.
Technical Expertise
- Design, simulate, and test power conversion devices including DC/DC and DC/AC converters, SMPS, inverters, and motor drives.
- Use electrical and electronic CAD tools for schematic and PCB design and technical documentation.
- Apply electronic hardware architecture, component selection, thermal management, reliability, and system-level design principles.
- Use EMI/EMC design practices and understand compliance requirements for automotive and industrial environments.
- Apply firmware development, electronic hardware reverse engineering, IPC standards, and systematic failure-mode troubleshooting.
Role Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical and project specifications.
- Contribute to electrical system design, development, and validation against project and customer requirements.
- Support cross-functional system integration and compliance with applicable standards.
- Participate hands-on in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, software engineering, physics, or a related field is required.
- Seven to ten years of experience is required.
- Effective English communication, including written communication, is required.
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Defense industry experience is advantageous, and Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
