About the Role
Alfanar seeks a fresh graduate Electrical Engineer to plan, organize, and control electrical activities for projects in Riyadh. You will review technical submittals, oversee site installation, and ensure quality standards.

- Review project electrical documents including methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
- Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments for compliance
- Oversee/inspect site installation work daily, witness tests, identify non compliance, and recommend corrective measures
- Coordinate daily with Team Leader and team members to verify, document, and report quality issues
- Ensure all construction activities run well at the site and review progress
- Conduct technical meetings and constant follow up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions
- Maintain quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fresher 0 2 years experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Purpose
- Plan, organize, and control electrical activities of the project to accomplish successful completion within guidelines established by Project Manager
- Ensure adherence to established schedules, budgets, and QA/QC policy constraints
Key Accountability Areas
- Review project electrical documents including methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
- Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments for compliance
- Oversee/inspect site installation work daily, witness tests, identify non compliance, and recommend corrective measures

- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time
- Provide periodic report detailing deviation and execution of planned tasks
- Resolve any related problems and escalate complex operational issues
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes
- Coordinate well defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
