We are seeking an Architectural Design Engineer to create detailed architectural designs and schematics for various projects in Riyadh. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering and 4-6 years of experience.

Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural designs, schematics, and layouts for projects, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct spatial analysis, design simulations, and performance evaluations to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports
- Ensure all designs comply with national and local building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures
- Work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders to integrate architectural systems with other building systems and project requirements
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and present design concepts and solutions
- Review and approve design modifications and changes, ensuring they align with project goals and specifications
- Identify and resolve design issues, perform design testing, and provide solutions to technical problems during implementation
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and solutions
