About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests in accordance with hotel standards
- Perform check in and check out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements
- Monitor guest accounts, process payments, and maintain front office records
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Assist with VIP arrivals, group check ins, and special events
- Complete shift handovers and communicate daily operational updates
- Promote hotel facilities and up sell to enhance guest stay
Requirements
- Strong service oriented mindset with a professional approach
- Good command of English
- Proficient in using Opera PMS
- Experience in front office operations within international or chain hotels preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to shift based schedules
- Detail oriented, responsible, and well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
