Role Description
The Employee Relations Manager is a part-time remote role supporting a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment for team members and collaborators.
The role supports leadership and HR practices at Sana Social Innovation Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases and advise on HR policies and workplace issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, address concerns and feedback, and assist with performance management processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to apply procedures fairly and consistently.
- Support conflict resolution and adherence to labor and employment laws.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with the center’s social innovation mission.
Qualifications
- Strong employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, case management, and workplace guidance.
- Practical experience developing, implementing, and interpreting HR policies.
- Proficiency in employee engagement practices and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor and employment law, compliance standards, and HR risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage sensitive information confidentially, and prioritize multiple tasks.
