Role Description
Promote positive workplace relationships, employee engagement, and a fair and consistent working environment.
Develop and implement employee relations strategies and advise on workplace matters.
Work with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders to address concerns and support a healthy organizational culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee concerns and grievances.
- Support conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Support disciplinary and performance-related processes.
- Review workplace policies and identify employee relations trends.
- Recommend practical solutions to improve engagement and workplace effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Relations, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles, HR policies, workplace practices, and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally and discreetly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
