Role Description
Develop and manage customer relationship strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.
Coordinate customer communications with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute CRM campaigns across relevant channels.
- Manage customer segmentation and analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Develop customer journeys and optimize communication strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing.
- Maintain CRM data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, customer analytics, and A/B testing is an advantage.
