Role Overview
Lead the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and overall financial management.
Provide senior-level financial insights to support business strategy, investment decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term value creation.
Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to establish financial priorities and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, and performance analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
- Optimize capital allocation and support compliance with applicable financial standards and regulations.
- Translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial controls.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, cash flow management, risk assessment, and capital allocation.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies and governance frameworks.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are advantageous.
