Overview of the Role
- We are looking for an Emiratization Receptionist with fluent English speaking skills and some customer service experience.
- This is a full time permanent role located in Toyota Al Badia, Dubai Festival City.
What You Will Do
- Provide full support to all customers visiting the service center.
- Be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
- Ensure customers with appointments are directed to correct executive.
- Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch.
Required Skills To Be Successful
- Able to communicate effectively
- Customer service experience will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Emiratization with family book
