About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide full support to all customers visiting Toyota showroom
- Be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs
- Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch
- Ensure all customers with appointments are directed to correct executive
- Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch
Requirements
- Emiratization with Family Book (mandatory)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Customer service experience is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel preferred)
- High school diploma or higher
