Role Overview
The planner will deliver and review project plans by coordinating internal resources, vendors, and processes.
The role manages scheduling for several project sites and supports delivery on time, within budget, and to the required outcomes.
The role coordinates with departments and external parties to align project plans with client needs and company methodology.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop project baselines and monitor cost, resources, time overruns, and quality compliance during project initiation and execution.
- Formulate operating budgets and support cost and time assessments.
- Organize project reviews covering schedule submissions, progress, and bottleneck resolution.
- Support commercial documents, contract agreements, and bid documents.
- Monitor site activities and resource utilization against time and cost parameters.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly reports covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Lead planning and scheduling across multiple data center construction sites.
