Role overview
Lead information management and document control for the planning and development of a large-scale data center campus.
Ensure consistent implementation of information management and document control processes across all programme projects.
Key accountabilities
- Establish and lead the information and document control management strategy aligned with company objectives and international standards.
- Establish governance, policies, and performance standards across all projects.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of programme and project documents throughout the document lifecycle.
- Develop and implement programme-wide policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls.
- Standardize document workflows and enforce compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare management and progress reports for senior management.
- Manage document change control, including review and approval of change requests.
- Conduct internal audits and facilitate third-party audits, certifications, and inspections.
Qualifications and competencies
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Computer Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
