Role Overview
Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Development Manager within the Special Projects function.
The role supports strategic development opportunities from site origination and land coordination through permitting readiness, development planning, and transition into execution.
The position works with the Senior Manager – Program Delivery and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Progress strategic development opportunities in line with approved business priorities and project objectives.
- Manage workstreams across site, utilities, permitting, and pre-development activities.
- Track status, milestones, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues affecting feasibility, programme, or investment decisions.
- Screen and evaluate opportunities across site acquisition, land origination, partnerships, and related pathways.
- Coordinate site origination with landowners, brokers, developers, infrastructure providers, and advisors.
- Support due diligence and commercial assessments of development opportunities.
- Coordinate utility strategy, service providers, permitting, regulatory approvals, and development readiness.
- Align land, utilities, permitting, technical feasibility, and phasing assumptions.
- Monitor critical-path activities, approvals, constraints, and dependencies.
