Responsibilities
- Promote patient safety practices across HealthHub and support employees in quality improvement initiatives
- Support the collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of quality and patient safety data
- Assist departments in identifying, monitoring, and implementing quality improvement and patient safety projects
- Conduct clinical case reviews and support identification of potential quality or safety concerns
- Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and scopes of service
- Maintain quality databases, policy registers, and organisational charts
- Support accreditation activities, including preparation, coordination, and ongoing compliance monitoring
- Coordinate and support quality committees, meetings, minutes, and follow‑up actions
- Support focused reviews, audits, and performance improvement projects using recognised quality methodologies
- Prepare accurate quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for management review
- Support staff education, quality awareness activities, and patient safety initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality of all patient, staff, and organisational information
Requirements
- Experience in quality and patient safety within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and data presentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
