Senior Manager – CRM & Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned to wider marketing objectives
• Plan, schedule and deliver promotional campaigns, newsletters and automated customer journeys
• Manage audience segmentation and database targeting to maximise engagement and conversions
• Create, build and deploy email campaigns using leading ESP platforms
• Work closely with content, design and digital teams to produce compelling email communications
• Implement personalisation strategies to improve customer experience and campaign performance
• Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content and send times
• Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions and retention metrics
• Produce regular reporting and insights, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns
• Ensure database integrity, compliance and email marketing best practice
• Provide guidance and support to a junior Email Marketing Developer

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
• Proven experience managing audience segmentation and customer journeys
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, A/B testing and campaign optimisation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field preferred
