Key Responsibilities

  • Associate with sales teams to develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements for security systems.
  • Review BoQs submitted from Presales & Design Engineers to ensure alignment with client requirements and RFPs.
  • Prepare commercial proposal within the deadline as per company’s pricing/costing standards.
  • Prepare BOQs to meet quick response upon directives of the Line Manager.
  • Participate in tenders, biddings as per scope and register in company/govt. portals for lead generation.
  • Perform marketing initiatives for identification of potential customers and acquire new business.
  • Organise and write supporting documents for technical specifications of products.
  • Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts to translate complex concepts.
  • Ensure content consistency in language, style, format etc.
  • Revise documents for technical terminology accuracy.
  • Generate new business and ensure growth of existing accounts.
  • Communicate customer feedback into future product and/or service developments.
