Responsibilities
- Assemble products to schematics and design specifications using testing equipment and hand tools
- Test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns
- Assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype models according to design and engineering instructions
- Operate drills and other machine tools to fabricate parts
- Enter daily reports into ERP system
- Conduct pressure testing and soldering of internal and external electronics
- Maintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner in line with HSE standards

Overview
- Pipe Care Group of companies has been helping customers ensure the integrity of their pipeline and facility assets for over 20 years.
- Pipe Care Group is looking for an experienced Electronics Technician who work with engineering recommend changes in design and manufacturing procedures and to identify the source of the technical problem and suggest solution.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- To follow written and/or verbal instructions assemble products to schematics and/or design specifications using a variety of Testing equipment, hand tools including some precision soldering techniques
- To test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns as required.
- To assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to design, engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components
- To operate drills, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, such as coils or other electronics section s related parts
- To enter daily report in to ERP Mold Crab, Flap, Connectors, etc.
- Maintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner in line with HSE standards
- To conduct pressure testing Soldering and Preparation of External and Internal Electronics Winding of Coils, Preparation of Tool Accessories Testing of soft wares and hardware Molding using MS1000 Pressure test of External Electronics and Containers Final Check on Tools Calibration of Tools Testing
