Role Overview
Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance projects.
The role focuses on efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of electrical work and team activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation and maintenance projects and manage a team of electricians.
- Plan schedules, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, electrical codes, safety standards, and procedures.
- Perform quality checks, troubleshoot electrical issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain work records, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with teams and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and measuring devices.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP.
