Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor electrical installation works in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Prepare material take offs and monitor material requirements and deliveries
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and site related issues
- Raise RFIs and follow up on approvals and clarifications
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and support inspection and testing activities
- Monitor site progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate local authority submissions and approvals where required
- Maintain accurate site documentation including progress records, redline drawings, and as built information
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction projects
- Experience in Data Centre projects is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning
- Familiarity with UAE electrical codes, standards, and authority requirements
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, and testing requirements
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation

Job Summary
- James L. Williams Middle East is seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join the project team.
- The successful candidate will supervise electrical installation activities, coordinate site resources, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor electrical installation works in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
- Prepare material take offs and monitor material requirements and deliveries.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and site related issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
- Experience in Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
