Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in Electrical related projects
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE
- Experience in Construction Supervision with a Consultancy
- Good knowledge of Electrical methodologies and installation processes
- Knowledge of Building Codes
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Competent at writing reports in English
- Detailed knowledge of construction techniques

Job Description
- The Electrical Inspector will ensure contractors are compliant with contract documents, coordinate daily with other teams, and process inspection requests and technical submittals.
Job Duties
- Reading and understanding package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.
- Ensuring contractors comply with standards and specifications through observation, measurements, and testing.
- Maintaining records of contractor manpower and equipment daily resources.
- Undertaking all site supervision and inspections when required.
- Documenting contractor personnel, equipment, activities, and methods.
- Reporting on materials delivery and implementing site instructions.
- Applying and implementing all quality controls and procedures.
- Preparing site measurements and surveying checks.
- Monitoring conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements.
- Monitoring health and safety of construction works and reporting violations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering required; related degree for progression to Engineer level.
- Good knowledge of basic design requirements, Electrical methodologies, and installation processes.
- Knowledge of Building Codes.
- Experience in Buildings of all types, particularly horizontal development, mixed use residential and commercial, retail and hospitality.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Competent at writing reports in good written English.
- Detailed knowledge of construction techniques.
Experience
- Experience in Electrical related projects required.
- Must have experience in Construction Supervision with a Consultancy.
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience (minimum 5 years in the UAE).
