- Review and check IFC drawings, specifications, and all electrical system design documents
- Conduct technical reviews of IFC documentation and identify design issues, discrepancies, and conflicts
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Prepare material take offs and quantity estimations for all electrical systems
- Develop technical documentation, reports, method statements, O&M manuals, and related project documents
- Coordinate with and support draftsmen in preparation and submission of shop drawings
- Manage procurement activities and follow up with suppliers for various electrical systems and materials
- Review supplier quotations and technical offers to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Prepare and submit technical material submittals and supporting documentation
- Provide technical support to site teams and assist in resolving engineering and construction issues
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely approval of technical submissions and material procurements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 8 10 years of experience in MEP projects with strong background in Technical Office activities
- Proficiency in reviewing electrical design drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Experience in material take offs, shop drawing coordination, and technical submittals
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, international standards, and construction practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software
