About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements across telecom projects and sites
- Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for telecom installation and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, Saudi regulations, and company safety policies
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for field teams
- Monitor work at height, tower climbing, rigging, excavation, and electrical safety activities
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, permits, and safety records
- Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safety procedures at all project locations
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and client representatives on safety matters
- Support emergency response planning and incident management activities
- Promote a positive safety culture across all telecom operations
Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of EHS experience in Telecom Projects
- Experience in Telecom Tower, Wireless, Fiber, FTTH, OSP/ISP, or Mobile Network projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and permit to work systems
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred
