The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a Creative Strategist to own the short form video ad creative pipeline for our flagship DTC brand — a fast growing ecom store selling home cleaning products.
  • You will lead a team of 4–5 video editors, own the weekly creative testing pipeline, develop concepts and briefs, and use performance data to decide what scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4–5 video editors — brief them, review their work, set quality standards, manage their workload, give regular feedback and help them grow.
  • Own the weekly creative testing pipeline for our home cleaning brand across Meta and TikTok — concepts, hooks, angles, formats, iterations.
  • Develop ad concepts and write briefs clear enough that editors can execute without back and forth.
  • Partner directly with the media buying team to read performance data and decide what to scale, iterate or kill.
  • Stay close to the craft — cut ads yourself when the moment calls for it.
  • Track and report on creative performance: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS contribution.
  • Stay on top of what's working in the home cleaning / household products category, plus broader DTC trends on Meta and TikTok.
  • Build the systems, SOPs and workflows the creative team runs on as it scales.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years producing or directing performance video ads for DTC ecommerce brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Experience managing or leading a team of video editors (even informally).
  • Proven track record of ads that performed at scale.
  • Strong hands on skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and/or CapCut.
  • Deep understanding of the Meta and TikTok creative landscape — UGC, hooks, native formats.
  • Bonus: experience with physical product brands in home, cleaning, beauty or similar categories.
  • Commercial instinct: you think in CPA, ROAS and conversion rate, not just views or engagement.
  • Structured and self directed.
  • Strong Fluent English.
  • Stable career history.
