A leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai is hiring an E-commerce Specialist to manage key accounts across KSA and UAE, drive joint business plans, and optimize digital shelf performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day relationships with key e commerce customers across KSA and UAE
- Drive joint business plans with clear commercial priorities
- Own P&L of assigned accounts and steer business with commercial discipline
- Manage internal stakeholders across finance, supply chain, marketing, etc.
- Lead negotiations for product listings, visibility, retail media, and trade terms
- Optimize product content and page quality to improve visibility and conversion
- Track ratings, reviews, search performance, pricing, and product availability
- Plan, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns
- Manage budgets, invoicing, and performance reviews
- Manage product submissions, launches, and promotional visibility
- Track sales, visibility, stock levels, and media investments
- Maintain scorecards, forecasts, and issue resolution with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in e commerce, digital commerce, or Omnichannel roles
- Proven experience managing GCC e commerce accounts, ideally across KSA and UAE
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer health essential
- Strong knowledge of digital shelf management, retail media, and performance driven execution
- Proficiency in platform analytics, Microsoft Excel, and performance dashboards
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Based in KSA or UAE with willingness to travel
