Responsibilities
- Support the launch and structuring of the business
- Develop and maintain business plans, growth strategies, and operational roadmaps
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Identify business opportunities, revenue streams, and expansion strategies
- Develop operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Support office setup, administration, and company infrastructure
- Coordinate internal projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor budgets and operational expenses
- Assist with financial planning and cost control
- Support vendor negotiations and contract management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, ateliers, and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, project management, or startup environments
- Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is highly preferred
- Strong financial planning and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced startup environment
