Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e commerce strategy for UAE and KSA in alignment with global and regional business objectives
- Manage relationships with e commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital partners to maximize brand visibility and online sales
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to support e commerce growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local laws, and corporate guidelines in digital operations
- Prepare regular reports and insights on e commerce performance for senior management
- Participate in monthly global IBU meetings, presenting business performance and growth plans
- Monitor stock levels across retailers, analyze sell out performance, and provide reports on inventory coverage
- Develop and manage annual marketing calendar for each retailer in coordination with Marketing and Commercial Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E commerce, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management
- Strong knowledge of e commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and online consumer behavior in UAE and KSA markets
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage cross functional teams
- Developed strong collaborations with major e retailers in UAE and KSA markets

- Manage relationships with e commerce platforms, marketplaces, and digital partners to maximize brand visibility and online sales.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, pricing, and promotional strategies are effectively implemented online.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to support e commerce growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, local laws, and Pierre Fabre corporate guidelines in digital operations.
- Prepare regular reports and insights on e commerce performance for senior management.
- Participate in monthly global IBU meetings, presenting business performance, key achievements, and updated growth plans.
- Monitor stock levels across retailers, analyze sell out performance, and provide regular reports on inventory coverage and product availability.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar for each retailer, taking into account seasonality, promotional events, and business priorities, in close coordination with the Marketing Department and Commercial Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E commerce, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e commerce, digital marketing, or online retail management, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of e commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and online consumer behavior in the UAE and KSA markets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross functional teams.
- Developed strong collaborations with major e retailers in the UAE and KSA markets.
