Job Summary
Experienced, results-driven E-Commerce Manager responsible for overseeing and growing online sales channels.
The role manages e-commerce platforms, develops digital sales strategies, optimizes the customer journey, and drives revenue and profitability.
The position requires knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, marketplace management, merchandising, analytics, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Maintain product listings, pricing, images, inventory, promotions, and categorization.
- Monitor website performance, conversion rates, traffic, average order value, and other KPIs.
- Plan promotions, seasonal offers, campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
- Optimize navigation, product pages, checkout, and customer experience.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and improvements.
- Manage marketplace accounts and ensure policy compliance.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for order fulfillment.
- Track stock availability, competitors, market trends, pricing, and promotional activity.
