Job Summary
Manage online customer inquiries, generate sales, and build customer relationships through digital channels.
The role combines online sales execution with customer service and order coordination.
Customer and Sales Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website chat, email, and other online platforms.
- Promote products and services to potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details.
- Process and coordinate customer orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide excellent service.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to support online promotions and campaigns.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor competitors and identify new online sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Arabic language ability is mandatory.
- Previous experience in online sales, telesales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
