ROYAL ROSE COSMETICS is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Online Sales Executive.
The role manages online customer inquiries, generates sales, and builds customer relationships through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website chat, email, and other online platforms.
- Promote products and services and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details.
- Process and coordinate customer orders.
- Maintain customer communication and provide excellent service.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information.
- Support online promotions and campaigns with marketing and operations teams.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and monitor competitors for new opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in online sales, telesales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities are required.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, social media, email, and online sales platforms is required.
- Candidates should be customer-focused, positive, professional, and able to meet sales targets.
- Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
