The employer is seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry.
The role focuses on aesthetics, branding, visual storytelling, and high-quality designs for beauty and cosmetic products across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.
- Create social media posts, stories, reel covers, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Design product packaging, labels, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and marketing materials.
- Develop visuals for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative concepts.
- Edit and enhance product images and create professional product presentations.
- Create website banners, e-commerce visuals, advertisements, and other digital assets.
- Monitor beauty, cosmetics, fashion, and design trends.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty, fashion, or FMCG is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, packaging, and marketing design is required.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.
- Experience with Canva and other digital design tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual branding is required.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms is required.
- Understanding of beauty and cosmetics aesthetics and current industry trends is required.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity are required.
- Ability to work independently and within a team is required.
- Good communication and time-management skills are required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with cosmetics or skincare brands is preferred.
- Experience with beauty product packaging and labeling is preferred.
- Experience with product photography and retouching is preferred.
- Experience creating e-commerce product creatives is preferred.
- Experience with social media campaigns for beauty brands is preferred.
- Experience with cosmetic product launches is preferred.
- Experience with influencer and digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
