Objective and Purpose
The E-Commerce Executive manages e-commerce efforts including product uploads and modifications, promotions, marketing content, conversion improvement, performance initiatives, and functionality optimization.
The role supports contract negotiation and implementation with key e-commerce customers and drives Content, Availability, Ratings and Reviews, and Search execution across desktop and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-retailer product listings and maintain accurate content, packaging, pricing, and origin details.
- Ensure SKU availability according to principals' minimum stock levels and coordinate order fulfillment and stock requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, coordinate partner success stories, and agree e-channel KPIs and promotion calendars.
- Report monthly listing gaps, channel improvements, sales growth, and performance to internal stakeholders and principals.
- Coordinate with management, supply, trade marketing, warehouse, sales, delivery, and e-commerce partners.
- Manage returns, execution gaps, product bundles, credit-limit requests, category rankings, activations, and account-opening formalities.
- Drive category sales growth and market share in the e-commerce channel.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of experience in retail, FMCG, or online service providers is required.
- Good communication and contract negotiation skills are required.
- Arabic knowledge is an added advantage.
- MS Office, CMS, attention to detail, presentation, and organizational skills are required.
