Overview
The HR Executive supports the Human Resources Department on employee matters, government relations in Saudi Arabia, daily operations, projects, and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Complete formalities related to GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Muddad, the Chamber of Commerce, and business visit visas.
- Handle government portals including Baladi, Tamm, and Salamah.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including files, salary certificates, contracts, official letters, and applicable travel and accommodation.
- Manage and update the employee HR system.
- Add and remove employees from insurance and review invoices.
- Ensure GOSI payments are completed at the start of each month.
- Ensure STC and electricity bills are paid monthly.
- Track visa and Iqama expiry dates and coordinate required action.
- Maintain and update HR files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate HR projects, assignments, and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required.
- Prior training is preferred.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations relevant to HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
