Job Purpose
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets within the homewear category.
Understand client needs, provide personalized recommendations, maintain visual standards, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally and engagingly.
- Recommend suitable homewear products based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Explain fabrics, quality, fit, care instructions, and product features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build relationships with existing and new customers through personalized service.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked sales floor and high product presentation standards.
- Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment, inventory checks, transfers, and product organization.
- Stay informed about collections, promotions, campaigns, and launches.
- Support customer follow-ups and clienteling activities to encourage repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately and work with colleagues and management toward team objectives.
- Represent the brand professionally and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous homewear experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach and passion for excellent service.
- Good sales and negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Good knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
