About the Role

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Etisalat plans tailored to businesses, institutions, government entities, and Emirati customers
- Provide detailed information about plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and cross selling of products or services
- Ensure exceptional customer service, handling and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Meet quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal & external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Handle Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Contribute to internal mystery shopping initiatives to assess quality of customer interactions
- Achieve individual sales and productivity targets
- Provide solutions to customer queries/requirements
- Oversee day to day operation
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Customer focus, result orientation, teamwork, communication skills
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
- Arabic knowledge is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

Experience & Educational Qualification
- Min 2 years of experience in similar role.

- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
