- Work with store leadership to set and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising team to review store displays and product placement
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or similar leadership role, particularly with Clothing, Food, or Cafe operations
- Strong understanding of stock management including inventory transfers, replenishment apps, and cyclic counts
- Knowledge of SOPs and legal compliance in retail concerning Trading Safety, health and safety, and customer interactions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
