Role overview

Support delivery of the Due Diligence Programme through monitoring, research, data management, and counterparty assessment.

Build foundational capability in due diligence, open-source research, red-flag assessment, and disclosure governance.

Due diligence programme

  • Monitor ongoing platforms such as LSEG’s World-Check One and assist with red-flag management.
  • Investigate potential red flags, eliminate false positives, and escalate unresolved issues to the Specialist.
  • Add or remove Sightholder data in the BPP SMART System, gather evidence, and communicate changes to business units.
  • Execute 10% checks through public-record research, adverse-information review, and remedial-action monitoring.

Investigations and operational cover

  • Assist with extraordinary investigations as a training and learning opportunity.
  • Compile and distribute reports for customer allocation events and secure product shipments.
  • Troubleshoot reports and implement remedial actions with Sightholders during Specialist absences.

Qualifications and skills

  • Degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is essential.
  • Relevant work experience in the field is advantageous.
  • Ability to collect and analyse disparate information and apply critical analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of open-source research techniques and critical source analysis.
  • Awareness of sanctions, tariffs, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, effective time management, and a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to pursue qualifications considered necessary by the business.
