Role Overview
The employer is seeking a highly experienced Drainage Operations Advisor for a major DNOMD project in Qatar.
The opportunity is long term and focused on wastewater, drainage operations, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical, strategic, and financial advice on drainage network operations and maintenance in Qatar.
- Support DNOMD vision, mission, values, and strategic direction.
- Advise senior management on operational, maintenance, technical, and business matters.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, governance requirements, and industry standards.
- Support implementation of EDAMS, EAMS, and other relevant systems and processes.
- Advise and manage PMC consultants, control operational risks, and achieve contractual benefits.
- Evaluate policies, programs, and operational practices and recommend improvements.
- Drive alignment, operational efficiency, and business transformation across relevant sections.
- Provide strategic oversight of operations and maintenance delivery, including water and wastewater treatment.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity, safety, and quality.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in engineering or a relevant discipline.
