Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery
- Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information
- Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance
- Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas
- Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professional appearance, grooming, and guest interactions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or front of house operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and assist with guest luggage when required
- Basic English communication skills

- FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a charismatic and service oriented Doorman (Saudi National) to join our Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Open doors and assist guests entering and exiting vehicles in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with the Bell Desk team to ensure efficient luggage handling and delivery.
- Provide special attention to VIP arrivals, departures, and special guests.
- Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general resort information.
- Monitor and manage guest and vehicle flow at the resort entrance.
- Coordinate closely with Bell Attendants, Concierge, Valet, Security, and Front Office teams.
- Assist guests with boarding taxis, buggies, and other transportation services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and driveway areas.
- Monitor arrivals and communicate VIP movements to relevant departments.
- Support group arrivals, events, and peak operational periods.
- Ensure guest safety while entering and exiting vehicles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, customer service, or front of house operations preferred.
- Experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to remain calm and attentive in a fast paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and assist with guest luggage when required.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong awareness of safety, security, and guest service standards.
