Role Summary
Responsible for managing and controlling project documentation, coordinating document flow between project teams and contractors, and maintaining accurate document records and filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract required data from technical documents such as PFD, PID, and DWG files
- Control and maintain equipment data, process data, and inspection records
- Input and update data in Assai document management software
- Receive and distribute documents to discipline engineers as per distribution matrix
- Coordinate document submissions and returns with EPC Contractors
- Maintain logs for documents, official emails, and letters
- Prepare responses to contractor letters and emails
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with document control procedures
Requirements
- Experience in document control within Oil & Gas or industrial projects
- Proficiency in document management systems, preferably Assai
- Ability to read and extract data from technical drawings/documents
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
